I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel and was absolutely blown away by the level of service provided. I accidentally left my jewellery in the room after check-out and the staff went above and beyond to return it to me promptly, which was a huge relief and greatly appreciated. the heating in the room was exceptional, ensuring that I was always comfortable and warm, especially during the chilly evenings. the tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch, with a wide selection of beverages to choose from, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the shared kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, making it convenient for me to prepare my own meals when I didn't feel like dining out. the electric kettle in the room was a thoughtful addition, allowing me to enjoy a hot cup of tea whenever I pleased. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and I particularly enjoyed watching my favorite shows in high definition. I had the pleasure of trying out the delicious offerings from Dominic's Pizza and Nour BBQ Hut, both conveniently located within a short distance from the hotel. Overall, my experience at this hotel surpassed my high expectations, thanks to the exceptional service, amenities, and attention to detail provided by the staff. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning for another stay in the future. Thank you for a truly memorable experience!
